
Technical Support Representative - Open for IT Fresh Graduates
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues
- Communicate technical information to customers clearly
- Escalate technical issues to internal technical teams for resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with customers and internal technical teams
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions and provide reports to management.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework in tech or related field preferred
- Experience is not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance policies and procedures, and healthcare regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
