Customer Service Representatives - Dayshift Account

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation
  •  Using a booking system to secure holidays
  •  Collecting and processing payments
  •  Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.G. Visas and passports
  •  Sending out tickets to clients

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess good English communication skills
  • No experience is required; BPO or customer-facing experience is an advantage
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedule
  • Willing to work Onsite
