Hiring Call Center Agents (Retail Account)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Forecast budget requirements, update journal entries, and prepare reports on the same.
  • Understand customer financial needs and accordingly recommend suitable bank products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about bank products and services.
  • Assist in selling and promoting bank products and services to customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess good English communication skills
  • No experience is required; BPO or customer-facing experience is an advantage
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedule
  • Willing to work Onsite
