Job Responsibilities:
- Forecast budget requirements, update journal entries, and prepare reports on the same.
- Understand customer financial needs and accordingly recommend suitable bank products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about bank products and services.
- Assist in selling and promoting bank products and services to customers.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess good English communication skills
- No experience is required; BPO or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Amenable to working on shifting schedule
- Willing to work Onsite
