Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity concerns
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Accurately document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to higher-level technical support when necessary
  • Meet productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction targets


Schedule & Training:

  • Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid technical and customer service training provided


Qualifications:

  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with analytical thinking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
  • Applicants with customer-facing or technical experience are encouraged to apply (retail tech support, gadget sales, IT support, internet café staff, service crew, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles)
