Customer Service Representative Hiring for Travel Account
Sapient Global Services is now hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Travel Account. We are looking for motivated applicants who want to start or grow their careers in the BPO industry.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel-related concerns
- Handle booking inquiries, cancellations, and reservations
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email support
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and account updates
Qualifications
- High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite or hybrid setup depending on account requirements
- Beginner friendly and open for freshers
