Key Responsibilities

  • Process booking and reservation requests through online systems
  • Update, modify, or cancel reservations as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email only
  • Ensure all booking details are accurate and complete
  • Follow step-by-step guidelines and company procedures
  • Maintain organized records and data entries
  • Coordinate with internal teams when necessary

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required (training will be provided)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online systems
  • Good written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and manage simple tasks
