Join our telecommunications support team and help customers resolve technical concerns by providing troubleshooting assistance, clear solutions, and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle telco and technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, mobile, internet, software, and device-related concerns
  • Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
  • Accurately document customer concerns and resolutions in the system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support when needed
  • Meet customer satisfaction, productivity, and service quality targets

Schedule & Training:

  • Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid technical and customer service training provided

Qualifications:

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
  • Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with analytical thinking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
  • Applicants with customer-facing or technical experience are encouraged to apply (telco sales, gadget stores, retail, IT support, hospitality, service crew, front desk, or similar roles)
