No experience - Chat/Email Support -Telco Account Associate
Join our telecommunications support team and help customers resolve technical concerns by providing troubleshooting assistance, clear solutions, and excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle telco and technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot connectivity, mobile, internet, software, and device-related concerns
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
- Accurately document customer concerns and resolutions in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support when needed
- Meet customer satisfaction, productivity, and service quality targets
Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid technical and customer service training provided
Qualifications:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with analytical thinking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Applicants with customer-facing or technical experience are encouraged to apply (telco sales, gadget stores, retail, IT support, hospitality, service crew, front desk, or similar roles)
