A Financial Account Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to financial services such as banking, credit cards, loans, or insurance. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through phone, email, or chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with account-related concerns including billing, payments, balances, and transactions
Handle inquiries about financial products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance policies
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system
Follow company policies, compliance regulations, and data privacy standards
Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality scores, and productivity targets
Qualifications:
High school graduate (Senior High School or equivalent); college level is an advantage
Good to excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of financial services is a plus but not required
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
