Job Role: Call Center Agent
As a Call Center Agent at Sapient Global Services, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service delivery based on assigned account (voice or non-voice support).
This role is designed for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in any industry
- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
- Open to shifting schedules including night shift, weekends, and holidays
- No BPO experience required
