We are looking for candidates from customer service and client-facing roles such as:

  • Cashiers
  • Sales Associates / Retail Staff
  • Front Desk Officers / Receptionists
  • Hotel and Hospitality Staff
  • Food and Beverage Crew (Servers, Baristas, Service Crew)
  • Pharmacy Assistants
  • Clinic or Hospital Front Desk Staff
  • Administrative Assistants
  • Technical Support (Non-BPO)
  • Any role involving direct customer interaction

Job Role: Call Center Agent

As a Call Center Agent at Sapient Global Services, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure excellent service delivery based on assigned account (voice or non-voice support).

This role is designed for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in any industry
  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
  • Open to shifting schedules including night shift, weekends, and holidays
  • No BPO experience required
