Job Responsibilities:
- Learning and understanding company insurance products.
- Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.
- Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
- Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess good English communication skills
- No experience is required; BPO or customer-facing experience is an advantage
- Amenable to working on shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Quezon City (Onsite)
