Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
  • Provide information and assistance to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and technologies, such as Customer
  • Relationship Management (CRM) software, is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
