Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers with account, billing, and service concerns

- Ensure customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
- With or without BPO experience (customer-facing experience is an advantage)
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite in North EDSA Quezon City
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
