Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Provide information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with customer service tools and technologies, such as Customer
- Relationship Management (CRM) software, is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
