Technical Support Representative - Open for IT Fresh Graduates

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues
  • Communicate technical information to customers clearly
  • Escalate technical issues to internal technical teams for resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with customers and internal technical teams
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions and provide reports to management.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework in tech or related field preferred
  • Experience is not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance policies and procedures, and healthcare regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
