Job Responsibilities:
- To accommodate order & service requests, online payment
- To assist customers with new account applications, account verification, queries, etc.
- To route calls only when necessary
- To attend to balance inquiries, payment settlement and basic technical concerns
Job Requirements:
- Must possess good English communication skills
- No experience required; BPO or customer facing experience an advantage
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Alabang (Onsite)
