Job Overview

As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative for a Travel Account, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, bookings, itinerary changes, and general customer support. You will help travelers enjoy a smooth and hassle-free experience while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations

• Provide accurate information regarding travel policies and schedules

• Process booking modifications, cancellations, and rebookings

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Record customer interactions in internal systems

• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams

• Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate

• Strong English communication skills

• Customer-focused and willing to learn

• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila

• Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
