Call Center Agent – Travel Account (No BPO experience Required)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sending out tickets to clients
  • Keeping clients up to date with any changes
  • Dealing with complaints or refunds (not one of the perks, but someone’s got to do it)
  • Help people plan, choose and arrange their holiday.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess good English communication skills
  • No experience is required; BPO or customer-facing experience is an advantage
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong (Onsite)
