Job Responsibilities:
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding clients through corrective steps.
• Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
• Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
Job Requirements:
● Candidate must at least reached 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (No BPO experience is required)
● High school graduates (BPO experience is required)
● Good English language conversation skills
