Utility Account - Customer Service Representative - Easy Account
We are looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our Utility Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to electricity, water, gas, and other utility services. You will provide account support, billing assistance, service requests, and issue resolution while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding utility services.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and account updates.
- Process service activation, disconnection, reconnection, and transfer requests.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Meet productivity, attendance, and quality performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required for some accounts.
