Telco Account Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their telecommunications services such as mobile plans, internet connections, billing inquiries, and technical concerns. The representative communicates with customers through phone calls, email, or chat to provide solutions, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries related to telecommunications services.
- Assist customers with billing concerns, service activation, plan upgrades, and account management.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile, internet, or cable services.
- Provide accurate information about products, promos, and service plans.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
- Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer and navigation skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required (newbies may apply).
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
