Join our Telecommunications Technical Support team and assist customers with mobile, internet, cable, and telecommunications-related concerns. As a Technical Support Representative, you will troubleshoot technical issues, provide step-by-step guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding technical concerns and service-related issues.
- Troubleshoot internet, mobile, cable, and device connectivity problems.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, and service features when needed.
- Guide customers through device setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and on shifting schedules.
- BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
- Customer service and technical support experience is a plus.
