Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer concerns through phone, chat, or email support
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and technical concerns
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Document customer interactions in company systems
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards
  • Meet daily productivity and performance targets


Qualifications

Requirements

  • At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
  • Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is an advantage
