- Handle customer concerns through phone, chat, or email support
- Assist customers with billing, account updates, and technical concerns
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Document customer interactions in company systems
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is an advantage
