We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries through chat, email, or messaging platforms. Deliver professional assistance without using the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Document all interactions in the system
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
- Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on non-voice processes and platforms
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong written English communication
- Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and customer-focused
- Basic computer skills and multitasking
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
