Job Overview
As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative for an Insurance Account, you will assist policyholders with insurance-related inquiries, policy coverage, claims processing, billing concerns, and account assistance. You will help customers understand and manage their insurance needs while providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist policyholders with insurance coverage and policy information
Support customers with claims filing, updates, and follow-ups
Provide accurate information regarding insurance products and services
Help resolve billing and account-related concerns
Record customer interactions in internal systems
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
Meet quality and performance targets
Requirements
Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience
At least High School or Senior High School graduate
Strong English communication skills
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Training & Schedule
Paid training from Day 1 with full onboarding support. Shifting schedules depending on account assignment in a fast-paced but guided environment.
