Job Overview

As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative for a Retail Account, you will assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, exchanges, billing concerns, and general customer support related to retail services. You will ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for customers.


Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative for a Retail Account, you will assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, exchanges, billing concerns, and general customer support related to retail services. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

  • Assist customers with order status, tracking, and delivery concerns

  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges

  • Provide accurate product and service information

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Maintain customer records in internal systems

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams

  • Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience

  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented

  • Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila

  • Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Training & Schedule

Paid training from Day 1 with full onboarding support. Shifting schedules depending on account assignment in a fast-paced but guided environment.
