Job Overview
We are hiring Retail Account Agents to join our Customer Account Support team. As a Retail Account Agent, you will assist customers with account-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist customers with order status, tracking, and delivery concerns
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges
Provide accurate product and service information
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain customer records in internal systems
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
Meet quality and performance targets
Requirements
Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience
At least High School or Senior High School graduate
Strong English communication skills
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Training & Schedule
