Job Overview

As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account, you will assist customers with banking and financial service inquiries, account-related concerns, transactions, and general customer support. You will help customers manage their financial needs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Assist customers with account-related concerns and transactions

• Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and processes

• Help customers with online banking, card services, and account verification

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Record customer interactions in internal systems

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams

• Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate

• Strong English communication skills

• Customer-focused and willing to learn

• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila

• Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Training & Schedule
