Job Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide accurate information about services and processes
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Document interactions and updates in the system
  • Escalate complex concerns when needed
  • Meet customer satisfaction and performance metrics
