Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with flight bookings and ticket reservations
Handle travel inquiries, cancellations, and rebooking requests
Provide accurate flight schedules, fares, and travel information
Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Maintain updated customer records and booking details
Follow company and airline policies during transactions
Deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals

Qualifications

High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college graduate
With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
Good English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne Quezon City
Experience in customer service or travel account is an advantage
Can work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
