Responsibilities:
- Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist clients with billing, payments, and account updates
- Resolve transaction-related issues efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
- Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on financial systems and procedures
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong English communication
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
