Customer Service Representative - Financial

Metro Manila | Onsite

Job Description
We are hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and billing questions. Provide accurate guidance and professional support for financial matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Assist clients with billing, payments, and account updates
  • Resolve transaction-related issues efficiently
  • Document all interactions accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:
  • Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on financial systems and procedures

Requirements:
  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
  • Strong English communication
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
