Job Overview

As a Call Center Agent / Sales Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, promote products and services, and assist customers in completing purchases or subscriptions. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Promote and sell products or services based on customer needs

• Assist customers in placing orders, subscriptions, or upgrades

• Provide accurate product information and recommendations

• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Record customer interactions in internal systems

• Escalate complex concerns when needed

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate

• Strong English communication skills

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused

• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila

• Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Training & Schedule
