Job Overview

As a Call Center Agent / Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers with technical concerns related to internet, software, devices, accounts, and other technical services. You will troubleshoot issues, provide step-by-step solutions, and ensure customers receive efficient technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Provide technical troubleshooting and basic diagnostics support

• Assist customers with internet, device, and system-related concerns

• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions

• Escalate complex technical issues to higher support teams

• Document customer interactions accurately

• Maintain service quality and resolution standards

• Meet performance and productivity targets

Requirements

• At least 1 month of BPO experience is required

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate

• Strong English communication skills

• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused and willing to learn technical processes

• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila

• Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
