What You'll Do
As a Flight Ticketing Assistant, you'll assist customers with travel-related concerns, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel booking inquiries.
Help customers modify, cancel, or rebook travel reservations.
Provide information about travel policies, baggage guidelines, schedules, and available services.
Process booking updates and travel-related requests accurately.
Document customer interactions using company systems.
Escalate complex travel concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

Who Can Apply?
We're looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate
Open to applicants with at least 1 month of BPO experience or at least 6 months of customer-facing experience in another industry (e.g., cashier, sales associate, receptionist, or similar roles).
Good English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required
