Job Overview

As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account, you will assist customers with telecommunications-related concerns such as mobile services, internet connectivity, billing inquiries, account management, and technical troubleshooting support. You will ensure customers receive fast and reliable assistance for their service needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

  • Assist customers with billing, account, and service-related concerns

  • Provide troubleshooting support for internet and mobile services

  • Process account changes, upgrades, and service requests

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Record customer interactions in internal systems

  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams

  • Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience

  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Customer-focused and willing to learn

  • Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila

  • Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Training & Schedule

Paid training from Day 1 with full onboarding support. Shifting schedules depending on account assignment in a fast-paced but guided environment.
