Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address inquiries, provide travel information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize your expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to efficiently search and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate seamless travel arrangements and resolve any booking discrepancies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to offer accurate and relevant guidance to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions to enhance customers’ travel experiences based on their preferences and needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess good English communication skills
  • College Graduate of Tourism or any Related Course
  • Preferably with Airline and GDS Experience
  • No BPO experience required
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedule
  • Willing to work Onsite
