Make meaningful short- and long-term goals for yourself. Your work will have meaning and purpose when you are working toward goals that are important to you. It is impossible to bring the same level of energy and passion every single day; however, when you are working toward something you care about, you will be able to push through tough times.
2. Take more responsibility.
Low difficulty and a slow pace might lead to boredom. If your job in a BPO company has become easy after you’ve mastered it, you might begin to lose interest because the work is easy. You know the details already, so your brain glosses over them, and, soon enough, the day is over. Learn about the company’s value chain. Why does your work matter?
