Your Day to Day :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring each interaction is resolved professionally and with care.

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies, helping customers make informed decisions and feel confident in their choices.

  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates efficiently while maintaining accuracy and protecting customer information at all times.

  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the system, ensuring records are clear, complete, and accessible for future reference or escalation.

  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets for response time, issue resolution, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards and procedures.

What You Need :

  • Must possess clear verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers, understand their concerns, and provide accurate solutions in a polite and professional manner.
  • A strong passion for helping others, with the ability to remain patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure while resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Ability to quickly analyze customer issues and provide practical, timely solutions. Must think critically and take initiative when handling unexpected situations.
  • Familiarity with computers, email, CRM software, and call center systems. Ability to navigate online tools while maintaining smooth conversations with customers.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, manage call volumes, and prioritize responsibilities without sacrificing service quality.
