Follow call center scripts and compliance procedures when required
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to products/services
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree is a plus
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and handle pressure or upset customers
Familiarity with CRM systems, call center equipment, or relevant software
Fast typing skills and good data entry accuracy
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions, scripts, and procedures
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
