Job Description
We are hiring Travel Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with bookings, itineraries, and travel inquiries. You will ensure smooth travel experiences and accurate information for every customer.
Responsibilities:
Respond to travel inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist with flight, hotel, or tour reservations
Modify or cancel bookings as needed
Document interactions and booking details accurately
Escalate complex travel issues to supervisors
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on travel systems and company processes
Requirements:
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
Excellent English communication skills
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Basic computer skills
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
