Responsibilities:
- Respond to travel inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist with flight, hotel, or tour reservations
- Modify or cancel bookings as needed
- Document interactions and booking details accurately
- Escalate complex travel issues to supervisors
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on travel systems and company processes
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
