A Travel Account Specialist manages and supports corporate or individual travel accounts, ensuring smooth booking, billing, and overall travel program administration. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining client relationships, and optimizing travel services to meet company policies and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage travel accounts by coordinating flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
Assist clients with travel planning, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Monitor and reconcile travel expenses, invoices, and billing for accuracy.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Provide travel reports, data analysis, and recommendations to improve travel efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and supplier offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
