Key Responsibilities
- Process booking and reservation requests through online systems
- Update, modify, or cancel reservations as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email only
- Ensure all booking details are accurate and complete
- Follow step-by-step guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain organized records and data entries
- Coordinate with internal teams when necessary
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online systems
