Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to customers or internal teams.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Resolve delivery delays, damaged shipments, or lost packages.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping transactions and inventory movement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
- Analyze shipping data and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is an advantage).
