Job Description
We are seeking Retail Customer Service Representatives to support customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns while providing a smooth shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information on products, prices, and promotions
Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges
Document all customer interactions and update system records
Escalate complex issues to supervisors
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on retail processes and systems
Requirements:
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
Strong English communication
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Basic computer skills and multitasking
Onsite work in Metro Manila
