Job Description
We are looking for Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to assist patients and clients with inquiries about services, claims, and insurance coverage. You will provide accurate guidance, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide information about healthcare services, insurance claims, and coverage
  • Assist clients with submitting forms and claim requests
  • Document all interactions and case details accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on healthcare processes and company systems

Requirements:
  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
