We are hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing, and transactions while providing accurate, professional support.

Responsibilities:

Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Assist with payments, account updates, and billing questions

Document all interactions in the system

Escalate complex issues to supervisors

Maintain productivity, quality, and client satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid training on financial processes and systems

Requirements:

High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)

A least 6 months BPO experience

Strong English communication

Customer-focused and detail-oriented

Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability

Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
