Join our financial services support team and assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, payments, and transactions while providing accurate and professional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Assist clients with payments, billing concerns, account updates, and transaction-related concerns
  • Accurately document customer interactions and account updates in the system
  • Escalate complex or sensitive concerns to supervisors when necessary
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

  • Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on financial systems, tools, and company processes

Requirements:

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience required
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer literacy and multitasking abilities
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
  • Experience in customer-facing, banking, retail, or financial-related roles is an advantage
