We are hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and billing questions. Provide accurate guidance and professional support for financial matters.

Responsibilities:
Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist clients with billing, payments, and account updates
Resolve transaction-related issues efficiently
Document all interactions accurately
Escalate complex issues to supervisors
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on financial systems and procedures

Requirements:
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
Strong English communication
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
