Responsibilities:

Assist clients with billing, payments, and account updates

Document all interactions accurately
Escalate complex issues to supervisors
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on financial systems and procedures
Requirements:
High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
Strong English communication
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
