Job Description
We are seeking Retail Customer Service Representatives to support customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns while providing a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide accurate information on products, prices, and promotions
  • Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Document all customer interactions and update system records
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on retail processes and systems

Requirements:
  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
  • Strong English communication
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Basic computer skills and multitasking
  • Onsite work in Metro Manila
