We are looking for customer-focused individuals to assist guests with hotel bookings, reservation changes, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries while providing smooth and professional customer service experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist guests with booking, modification, and cancellation requests
- Provide accurate hotel details, pricing, room availability, and amenities
- Document customer interactions and updates in the system
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality performance standards
Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on hotel reservation systems and company processes
Requirements:
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Applicants with customer-facing experience are highly encouraged to apply (hospitality, hotel front desk, retail, food service, sales, cashier, or similar roles)
