Responsibilities:
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist with booking, modification, and cancellation requests
Provide accurate hotel details, pricing, and amenities
Document interactions in the system
Escalate complex cases to supervisors
Maintain quality and satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on hotel reservation systems and company processes
Requirements:
At least High School or Senior High School graduate
Strong English communication
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Basic computer literacy
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
